Finished final teapot

This is my final project in ceramics.  Even though it's missed a spot I will still use it maybe as a bank.

Finished lantern

I love how it turned out.  It was most successful with its brick shaped holes on the side that greatly show off the bright light inside.  The most challenging thing was painting the inside because the lantern is thin and it was hard to fit my hand to paint everything.  I learned that the top is very important and it needs more time to make sure it fits.  I would give myself an A because it has many different places that light comes out and is painted very well.

I made four different walls to show all four seasons.  One is a snowman, a flower, a pumpkin and another a star.

Finished rhino

I love how this turned out.  I purposely made the bubbles on its back with it going down its back to make it seem more special than just painting it on.  If I could do this differently I would have put more detail on its tail because it is very small.  I learned that slipping and scoring isn't the best way to put two pieces together but instead flowing the pieces together makes them more stable.

Lantern

I have brick holes on the side to show the bright light in the latern.  And on the top there are small holes that will shoot little beams of light out of the top.
